May was ! Physiotherapists play an important role in helping individuals regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence following illness or injury. Whether supporting recovery after a hospital stay, helping with pain management, or assisting individuals in improving balance and movement, physiotherapists have a meaningful impact on daily life.

Physiotherapists work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other health care professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centred care. Through rehabilitation, education, encouragement, and ongoing support, they help patients achieve their goals while promoting long-term health and well-being.

We sincerely thank our physiotherapists for their unwavering commitment to compassionate, high-quality care!

It's ! Paramedics play an increasingly important role in improving access to care while helping reduce unnecessary hospital admissions. Through collaboration with hospitals, primary care providers, and community organisations, paramedic services help strengthen continuity of care and support better patient outcomes throughout the region.

In West Parry Sound, residents benefit from a highly skilled paramedicine programme that combines emergency response with community-based care. In addition to 9-1-1 response services, paramedics support medication and vaccination administration, chronic disease management, focused assessments, and other specialised programmes designed to improve patient care and access to services.

We sincerely thank all paramedics, both in our community and across the country, for their unwavering dedication and continued commitment to compassionate patient care.
