🚨New Class Alert—Hips & Hamstrings: the set series!
A set series means that each week we will practice the same sequence. This consistency can allow you to dive deeper into your practice because as the series becomes more familiar you might find a greater ability to stay in the moment with the poses and your breath, instead of always focussing on ‘what’s next’.
This practice is wonderful for all levels and there is no need to attend every week.
