It doesn't matter if you have low self worth and think you aren't a good person

It doesn't matter if you think you don't need healing

It doesn't matter if you think others had it 'worse '

You DESERVE to heal from things that hurt you no matter how big or small.

Do not compare your healing journey or your life to anyone else's. You deserve to feel your best and rid yourself of all the things that hurt you.

Buckle up ! Mercury retrograde is coming!

We are in the shadow period of retrograde. Maybe tensions are high, patience is low and things seem to be going wrong.

Take a step back , breathe.

Take extra time to ground yourself or simply walk away from whatever might be upsetting you.

I knew mercury retrograde was coming because My dreams of people I havent seen or heard from in 10-20 years have started 🫠🫠

One of the spirit messages I got back in early summer was that people need to Start connecting to real music. Folk music, raw music ,live music from the heart . It could be any genre from blues to electronic dance music .

See who plays locally , see who makes cool live videos , see who writes their own meaningful songs. Who plays Powerful notes and tunes with passion. See what makes you FEEL and CONNECT

Here is a song many of us can connect to and relate with in my opinion ! Here in canada were all going through a lot financially and working so much just to keep going.

It has taken me a lot to learn to slow down , or take breaks or even put my life on PAUSE ⏸️

It's absolutely necessary sometimes.

Don't let yourself feel guilty for taking a step back for a while. We all need breaks and time to breathe. ❤️
