Great session

When it comes to mental health, setting healthy boundaries is essential, yet it’s something many of us struggle with. We may worry that setting limits makes us selfish or unkind, fear conflict, or feel unsure about what our boundaries even are.

This week’s session is focused on boundary setting and mental health. Together, we’ll explore:

✔️ What boundaries are and why they’re important for healthy relationships.

✔️ Why setting and maintaining boundaries can be challenging.

✔️ Practical strategies to help you identify and create effective boundaries.

sessions are open, welcoming spaces to learn more about mental health and access helpful resources. We hope you’ll leave feeling more confident, supported, and empowered to protect your well-being.
