Grief is something we all experience differently—and it affects much more than just our emotions.
When others seem to be coping “just fine,” it can leave us feeling isolated or wondering if something is wrong with us. In reality, grief is complex, deeply personal, and often comes in waves. Some days may feel manageable, while others can feel overwhelming again.
By understanding how grief works and challenging common myths, we can begin to navigate it with more compassion for ourselves.
This week’s session is focused on grief and bereavement. Together, we’ll explore:
✔️ How grief affects us emotionally, physically, and mentally.
✔️ Common myths about grief and why they can be harmful.
✔️ Why grief comes in waves and how to cope with the ups and downs.
✔️ Healthy strategies to support ourselves through the grieving process.
sessions are open, welcoming spaces to learn more about mental health and access helpful resources. This session offers a safe place to reflect, connect, and better understand the journey of grief.
