As we step into 2026, we want to start the year with gratitude for your trust in Regenesis Physiotherapy. You’ve been part of our journey in helping the Peace Region move better and feel stronger! 💪❤️

To continue providing the highest quality personalized care, expert treatments, and the dedicated service you deserve, we will be implementing a slight increase to our physiotherapy fees only starting January 5, 2026.

This adjustment allows us to maintain our standards (one-on-one appointments) amid rising costs and invest in even better support for your recovery.

Effective January 5, 2026, we will be implementing a seniors discount (Ages 65+). Please refer to our website for our updated fee schdule or you can call the clinic if you have any questions.

Our first 6 week yoga series for 2026 will be tailored towards pelvic girdle pain and incontinence. Join this 6 week series instructed by Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and certified Yoga Instructor Emma Drummond beginning on January 6, 2026! 🎉

⚪️ Series will run starting on January 6 to February 10
⚪️ Each class will build off of the previous class
⚪️ Education on pelvic girdle pain and incontinence will be provided at each class.
⚪️ Investment: $90 for 6 week package. $20 drop in.
⚪️ All individuals are welcome to attend! Class plans will be tailored towards the above conditions, however everyone is welcome 😊
