This would make for a great slumber party idea i keep telling myself 😆🥰
Gratitude for 16 beautiful souls that graced me with the honour of sharing space! Showing me i felt called to host this last minute event for a reason🥰 The universe definitely had people ready to come for relaxation and a little meditation🥰 there were a couple“z’s”, which is my favourite tell tale that i did a good job🥰 loving this journey 💙💙

What a beautiful moment of connection today! Some new and some returning to the experience of sound therapy! We dug a little deep into the connection of self, our younger and current, our innocence and our pain. Bringing it together and allowing healing on a molecular level, loving ourselves unconditionally with the support of frequency and sound vibrations, allowing for our state of being to be grounded🩷 thank you to everyone who came to share the moments and space 🩷
