Change is Coming to Sacred Echos

I’ve been feeling a shift within Sacred Echos for some time now.

I’ve been witnessing where things are expanding, naturally evolving, and what no longer feels congruent, making itself obvious to me.

Over the next little while and into the coming months, a few things will be shifting.

1️⃣ I will be launching a new Animal Communication program, my full course, Animal Translation. This will be a 4-month journey, beginning with a pilot round (at a discounted rate) in the coming months. If you’d like to join the waiting list and be among the first to hear, the link is in my bio.

2️⃣ I will also be shifting some of my session offerings, introducing new ones, expanding others, and releasing what no longer feels aligned. This includes the official offering of Family Constellation sessions!

I always aim to stay receptive to what feels like it's being asked of me. Some of the current offerings are holding stagnant energy, and it’s time to clear that up and realign.

3️⃣ And what may be the most significant shift: Pricing will be increasing.

I want to be transparent about this. There won’t be a set percentage increase. Instead, as my offerings evolve, I will be sitting with the energy of my business, each offering, my own capacity, and the energy of future clients to arrive at pricing that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned for all.

I know many of you plan for sessions or put them on your wishlists, so I wanted to give you ample notice. These changes will take effect in June 2026.

4️⃣ And something else exciting, I’ll be starting a long-awaited mailing list. I promise not to overwhelm your inbox as emails will be occasional for now. If you’d like to stay connected in that way, you’ll find the link in my bio.

My intention is always to be open about when things are shifting, and how.
It is with love and gratitude for everyone here and those who engage in my work that these shifts in alignment are needed.

There is such an opportunity for us to be mindful of the world around us.

This little spider created its home underneath my hand towel and attached to my soap bottle in the barn.

Because of this, I have left those items untouched for weeks.

Just because I could move him didn't mean I had to.

I used a different soap

I pulled out a new towel

And happily, he lived.

Episode 21: The Channel: Exploring How We Receive from Animals

This is an episode that has been requested for a long time… A conversation around receiving from animals and what it actually means to open the channel of communication.

In this episode, I take a broad look at the process, while emphasizing something I believe deeply: there is no one “right” way to receive and hold this.

Animal communication works through the transfer of thought, emotion, and energy, but how that information is received, interpreted, and understood is entirely unique to each individual. This episode is an invitation to explore and reflect on your own way of connecting.

I also share why I tend to move away from rigid labels of understanding how we receive and instead encourage a deeper understanding of your own felt experience, allowing space for animals to communicate in the way that feels most natural for them, not just what we expect.

This episode is about building a foundation, developing trust in your own experience, and learning how to become a more open and neutral channel over time.

Answers versus Guidance

When we are growing, healing, or finding our way, it’s completely natural to look for answers. We want to know which path to take, what decision is “right,” and whether we’re doing better for ourselves.

Over the years, through my work, I’ve noticed something important: there is a difference between seeking answers and being open to guidance.

Answers tend to feel solid and final. They sound like statements. They give us something to hold on to.

Guidance, though, is different. Guidance offers a starting point. It gives us something to move with, something to explore.

When we work with Spirit or energy, we are rarely given clear-cut answers. We are more often given guidance.

That’s because we are sovereign beings.
We have free will.
We have a choice.
We are meant to participate in our own becoming.

Spirit isn’t here to hand us a step-by-step script for our lives.

It doesn’t tell us exactly how things will unfold or what precisely to decide.
Instead, it offers gentle (and sometimes not-so-gentle) nudges toward growth, alignment, and evolution.

Guidance may feel subtle. It may feel uncomfortable. But it is always pointing us forward.

So the next time you find yourself asking for “answers,” pause and ask instead: Am I willing to receive guidance? And what am I truly ready to hear?

How we feel about ourselves is often derived from how we think people perceive us.

Am I meeting their expectation?
Am I showing up appropriately?
Am I meeting my full capabilities within this dynamic?

Are they going to like me?
Do they see my worth?

When we are searching for our validation and worth outside of ourselves, we are looking in the wrong place.

We will never find the depths of what we seek outside of ourselves, but rather we need to get comfortable asking ourselves these valuable questions:

Am I showing up the way that feels authentic to my own needs right now?
Am I being true to myself?
Am I giving what I can, and setting boundaries where I need?

When you let other people's opinions of you override your own relationship with yourself, you are essentially saying their opinion and perspective matter more.

When you radiate from a place of truth within yourself, those who see and recognize your light will not have an inner dialogue of judgment; they will feel the resonance and energetic connection.

It can be easy to value the opinions of others more than yourself, but we are all meant to be living for ourselves, not for the judgments and approval of those around us.

Be yourself. Let your light shine bright, and you will attract those who are meant to be with you.

Episode 20: Crossing the Threshold: A Q&A on Animal Transitions

In this episode, I’m answering your questions about what happens when our animals transition from their physical bodies.

Over the past few months, I’ve been quietly collecting the questions you’ve asked about death, dying, and what I often refer to as “Transitions.” This episode focuses specifically on what the process looks like from the soul’s perspective, what it can feel like for them, what I observe when connecting with animals who have crossed over, and some of the nuances that don’t always get talked about.

We explore questions like:
Does a seamless transition mean it was more “aligned”?
What happens in sudden or unexpected deaths?
Do other souls meet them when they cross over?
Are they in their “best” or most vibrant form on the other side?
Do animals remember past deaths or previous incarnations?

I share what animals have shown me about the threshold between realms, how preparation (or lack of it) can influence the transition experience, and why alignment is often much more layered than we assume.

This episode isn’t meant to provide absolute answers, but rather to offer perspective from the connections I’ve had with animals in spirit. This is a gentle, expansive conversation about what happens beyond the physical and about remembering that the soul’s journey is often far bigger than our human understanding of loss.
