Communications will start to get more flowy in the coming weeks

🌟 Mercury stations direct, but the shadow is still here. 🌙

🌑 The communication fog is clearing yet it’s important to respect the shadow effects of the transit. Taking our time in all communication forms is important

🕊️ This can be a time to ease into forward momentum. It’s best to take things slow and take the opportunity to gently move forward with the lessons learned and make adjustments where needed.

Remember, there’s no rush. Everything is aligning, trust the process!

🌸 It’s important to be kind and patient with oneself as the process of growth and clarity continues.

Astrology gave my energy medicine a missing piece that I didn’t even know was missing!

Have you been struggling to connect fully with your child?

Recently I crossed a threshold, a new layer to my own parenting path and astrology guided me to see the cycle within natures cycles.

We can read all the parenting and personal development books to prepare us, yet until we’ve experienced it we don’t know what we don’t know!

Operating from our blind spots can catch us off guard but astrology can help us to see from a higher perspective!

Demonstrating acts of kindness is an important teaching to offer our children

This is a life skill that develops awareness how we can create good vibes in our community through our choices

There’s a layer of learning how to give without expectations or obligations to the receiver

It was beautiful to witness my daughter create a snack that she enjoys with her friends. Some refused it and she handled the rejection with a smile. It was exciting to watch her accept their choice without trying to make them try it.

Celebrating new levels of motherhood this week, facing obstacles straight on without fear!

Even with the crunchy feels of the squared energy of Mars and Chiron. This vibe pushed me into a 48 hour fast to reset my whole-being. I shifted my thinking and utilized this transit for my benefit.

I used my energy medicine tools to let go of stress related eating habits and to balance my emotions. Then started to view this process as a way to heal my relationship with food and body image.
