Rochelle McFarlane is the founder of ESP Parent's Wellness Learning Centre, the space where families learn about Engaged Sacred Play to boost their immunity and release stress. She’s an Energetic Medicine Woman, Drum Maker, Certified International Kinesiology College Instructor, bio-energetic practitioner, a published author and a sought after wellness speaker. For the last 25 years she has formulated a system that helps activate your innate healing ability so that you can live holistically happy. She’s a passionate playful mother of 4 homeschooled children and a wife of 18 years that loves to help others make their medicine drums & tools


You will often find her collecting sticks, vines, roots and flowers for nature art, drum mallets, dream catchers and drumming at the water’s edge honoring the moon & Mother Gaia.

🌑 The communication fog is clearing yet it’s important to respect the shadow effects of the transit. Taking our time in all communication forms is important

🕊️ This can be a time to ease into forward momentum. It’s best to take things slow and take the opportunity to gently move forward with the lessons learned and make adjustments where needed.

Remember, there’s no rush. Everything is aligning, trust the process!

Welcome to my business page, the place where I get to help Moms to release the stress, reset the mind and renew the body so they can feel their best everyday Why me ?

What makes me stand on the mountain tops to help in this way ? Because I am a passionate Mother of 4 brilliant beings that draw out my best and worst, I started my journey as a parent knowing very little... confession, I did it all WRONG in the beginning. After almost 2 decades I have figured out so much and want others to leverage from my mistakes so that we all can “play it forward” to the future generations. My desire is to co-create a world where we live with the seasons and not the marketed consumerism, where children and parents are a solid team based on principles of unconditional love not control & respect out of fear, where we live on a foundational belief that our bodies are meant to HEAL and that we are all born with an innate healing ability, where we choose to be curious and follow the lead of the child’s interests so that they can lead their best life with passion & peace. Here’s a little about my company and how I serve ESP Parent Inc is all about creating awareness through educational play shops that combine muscle testing, movement, meridians and metaphors to connect parents and children in deeper loving relationships, to decrease the stress of growing pains, hormonal changes, clear brain fog, increase over well being, strengthen learning abilities and most importantly make daily Self Care fit into the lifestyle of Parenting. When we can come from a place of love the whole body responds with increased immune and abilities to cope with everyday stress.

We believe in igniting your ability to live with less stress and More Love through personal sessions, Touch for Health Classes and The Parenting Path Transformational year long program designed for empowering the whole family.
