This is one part of my job that I REALLY dont like, but I will have to reinforce the cancelation/ no-show policy as in the past few weeks, I have encounter too many of this situation. As much as I want to be nice, friendly, and understanding with my clients, I still have a business to run & a rent to pay. Thanks for you understanding 🙌✨️

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
As a Registered Massage Therapist in BC, missed appointments and late cancellations directly impact our ability to provide care to other clients.

🙏Please read carefully:

• 36+ hours’ notice
No cancellation fee will be charged.

• 24 to 12 hours’ notice
A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
(In some circumstances, this fee may be waived)

• Less than 12 hours’ notice or failure to notify before your appointment time
This will be considered a late cancellation or no-show, and 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.
No exceptions will be made.
Important

• Cancellation and no-show fees are not billable to insurance and must be paid by the client.

• This policy applies to all clients.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or result in refusal of future bookings.

Please notify us before your appointment time to allow the opportunity to rebook.

Thank you for respecting our time and helping us provide care fairly to all clients.

Dear Clients 🎄

I will be closed from December 24th and Re opening on the 2nd of January ✨️

I wasn't sure how to plan the holidays since this year Christmas & New Year is in the middle of the work week. I decided to work from Monday the 16 to Monday the 23rd, including the weekend, to compensate for the 9 days closure 😊

There are only 10 bookings remaining before the beginning of 2025. Don't miss out !

📢 NEW OFFICE HOURS for FALL-WINTER 📢

Dear client, My previous schedule was working great for the past months, but I decided to reduce the availability I am offering from 36 treatments to 24 treatments a week.

I was offering a lot of choices for clients to book in toward the week, then after 20 to 24 appointments, I was blocking what was left that week. Some days, it resulted in a lot of long breaks and waiting for the next appointment to come. I am still taking the same amount of treatments weekly. My hours are just a little more condensed. This way, I have more time to recover between my shifts.

One of these is to enlighten my weekend because I loooove reading reviews from my client 🥰

Magalie is amazing! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and overall, just fantastic at what she does.

I experienced a lot of back and neck pain, and her massage made things so much better. I also loved how informative she was with any questions I had about what caused certain areas to be tight or sore. She helped me understand how movements in my lifestyle, for instance, mountain biking and sitting at my office desk, were affecting my muscles in certain ways. I really appreciated not only her exceptional massage skills but also sharing her expertise as well.

I look forward to continuing with her for treatments long term! Highly recommend.

I'm just finishing up the busiest week of work since I opened in May... Huge.. HUGE thank you to all my clients who's making this possible 🥹 Sometimes I still don't realize or can't believe that, this is MY studio, MY practice..

It would be a lie if I said it wasn't stressful, as most weeks, I start with only a few bookings, then at the end I always reach, at the least, my minimum goal. Slowly, but surely, I am building my dream practice 🙌 You would ask Magalie 1 year ago, and not a second, I would have thought I would be running a business today !
