Starting this Sunday Jan 4, join us for a 4-Week introduction to pranyama. Each session will cover the 7 powerful breathing techniques: Deep Breathing | Kapal Bhati | Anulom Vilom | Bhastrika | Bhramari | Om Chant | Final Meditation + Gratitude.

We are fortunate to have Ishan Tewari guide us through the series. Ishan is a pilot, flight school owner, and Harvard graduate! Through all of his adventures endeavours he has practicing the powerful pranyama techniques originally taught to him in his childhood in India. He has a deep understanding of the mental, physical and immunity benefits of a regular pranyama practices and is excited to offer them to our local community. We are so lucky!
*There will be some gentle surya namaskars in the practice - Modifications available for those with mobility limitations. This practice is accessible to those with injuries or mobility limitations (chair practice available).
