This classic spring staple, will have you fit & ready for all your sunny summer pleasures like biking, trail running, paddle boarding, lounging, chasing your kids & basically enjoying all that life has to offer😎

Details: Mondays & Thursdays 6-6:45am
Commitment: April, May, June
Investment: $250
Requirements: weights, b***y band, yoga mat

ALL FITNESS LEVELS are celebrated, and lots of modifications are offered for postpartum mommas, injuries, experience, etc.

I have been working in the fitness industry since 2005.

I love my job & I love how I get to witness my clients, step into their power and change their own lives.

It’s been nearly two years since Covid first impacted my business, and one year since I pivoted into the online world . . .

I love the freedom of being able to teach from anywhere, to anyone world wide! Last week I taught my last class of 2021 from my cabin and this morning, I taught my first class of 2022 back home in my film studio.

My beautiful friend Louise Frost shared something special with me this week. She said “you know the thing about life, is that it’s not linear, it’s cyclical. We think it goes from here to there, but it actually keeps coming around and around.”

I’ve been thinking about her words ever since, because she’s right, life is cyclical. Each time we are faced with a challenge we have the choice to let it trip us up, steer us off course and distract us from our purpose.
