Curious About Abdominal & Visceral Massage?

I’ve had a few clients ask lately about how abdominal and visceral massage might support things like menstrual pain, bloating, incontinence, postpartum recovery, or just that general “off” feeling in the belly. So here’s a quick overview:

✨ Abdominal massage can improve mobility and motility—which helps the organs move more freely and function better.
✨ It can help address scar tissue and adhesions, whether from surgery (like C-sections) or inflammation.
✨ Lymphatic drainage supports reduction in bloating and fluid retention, which can be especially helpful during menopause or in the postpartum period.

Today I couldn’t help but feel BLESSED. Living in this beautiful community, to have known some of these children before they entered the world, parents excited to see what they would look like, who they would become. I have been BLESSED to live in a town where we know our kids, we cheer for them at events, we say hello and smile at them as they walk down the street, we support their fundraising to help them achieve their many adventures and goals. We line the street and celebrate them as they graduate. Ready to take on all life has to offer. It is with that same anticipation of waiting for them to arrive in the world that I feel for these children, wondering and hoping for all good things. Thank you for this truly special privilege of watching you grow. Congratulations class of 2024! You hold a special place in my heart and I can’t wait to hear about your next chapters❤️
