GlassHouse is proud to present our latest employee of the month… Marco!

Marco leads our Flower Team – as one of our largest teams, it is certainly no easy feat, but with such a cheerful demeanor, he sure makes it look that way! As seen in this photo, Marco successfully led his team in harvesting almost 1,300 plants in only one day. Marco always leads by example, and is eager to lend a helping hand whenever needed. It is rare to meet someone so passionate about their work, as demonstrated through his reliably hardworking nature, while still being a kind, compassionate figure to his team. Thank you for all that you do, Marco! 🌱

As an IPM/IRR Team Lead, Kishan has a unique skillset that proves valuable to the GHB team each and every day. Don’t let this tough job make you think he’s all serious business, though—Kishan always has a smile, and leaves everyone he sees with one too! His positive attitude is infectious and helps cultivate the welcoming atmosphere we strive for.

Kishan’s work ethic, dedication, problem solving skills, and outstanding attendance has made a big impact during his time at GlassHouse. From scouting to spraying, Kishan consistently performs at a high level and is a true team player. He is an asset to the IPM/IRR Team and continuously demonstrates initiative in every aspect of his work.

The day-to-day challenges that motherhood brings are never ending - and when it comes to trying to balance their personal AND their professional lives, it seems nearly impossible!
