Nancy Pitre is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in Deep Tissue and Thai Massage. She often incorporates Hot Stone therapy to deepen relaxation, relieve chronic tension, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Our Wellness Space Now Available for Rent!

A warm, intimate studio in Pembroke designed for heart-centered work

Ideal for:

• Massage therapists
• Counsellors & psychotherapists
• Reiki & energy practitioners
• Yoga & meditation teachers
• Workshop facilitators

Cost:

✨ $25/hour for individual sessions (3-hour minimum)
✨ $50/hour for group sessions (2-hour minimum)

✨Wood stove available for use for a small additional fee.

✨Currently available Fridays–Sundays and select weekday evenings.

This is a thoughtfully curated space. I will be selective about who uses it to ensure alignment with the energy and integrity of the studio.

Practitioners MUST carry their own liability insurance.

As a therapist, self care isn’t optional — it’s non-negotiable.

Over the years I’ve learned what actually supports me.

Quiet, slow mornings. Meditation. Gentle breathwork. Kitty snuggles. Time alone. Time with my favourite people, time in nature.

How I spend my time matters… and so does what I put into my body. It’s been a long road of listening and unlearning to really understand what nourishes me from the inside out.

One of the most supportive medicines I’ve found is cacao.

At least once a week, before my sessions begin, I prepare a warm cup and sit with it in the stillness of the morning. No rushing. Just presence.

What I’ve noticed over the last ten years of working with cacao is how it gently elevates and expands my energy while keeping me grounded and clear. Open heart. Steady perspective.

I truly show up better — for myself and for my clients — because of this sacred plant medicine.

And that’s why I’m so passionate about sharing it in community. Cacao is beautiful on its own… but its energy is magnified when we gather in ceremony.

We’ll explore the medicinal and spiritual properties of cacao, move through guided meditation, self-love practices, and gentle releasing movement.

What an absolutely incredible community to be a part of. 🙏

We had an amazing night collectively basking in the final hours of the year of the 🐍

We danced, we shared our hearts, we meditated & drank a supportive herbal tea.

It was so wholesome & just what the heart needed.
