Come cozy up & experience the sacred medicine of Cacao, Movement & Heartsong!

What to expect:

☕ Cacao Ceremony: Honour & savour the warm Cacao that was prepared with intention. Learn about the medicinal benefits & ancient traditions of raw ceremonial grade cacao. Participants will be guided through a gratitude practice with slow & intentional experiencing of the cacao.

🧘‍♀️ Body Flow: Crank the tunes & get your body moving! We will move through a series of meditative stretches & somatic exercises to fully activate and embody the heart opening and releasing properties of the cacao.

🎵 Heartsong: To fully experience this heart opening medicine, we will use our collective voices in a heartsong practice. Participants will be guided through a song circle using instruments, mantras and breathwork with vocalization practices. This is a beautiful, intuitive practice & participation is optional- you can use your voice & instrument or you can simply enjoy the music.

❤️ Closing circle and sound healing: Lay back and enjoy an integrative experience of guided meditation and sound healing

To my beautiful community....

I'll be stepping away from socials over the holidays so that I can connect with my loved ones & offer myself a much needed reset.

I'm so grateful for each and every one of you for making this the most incredible year yet!

We’ll journey inward together with a guided meditation designed to support release, rest, and intention-setting for the season ahead. A space to reflect on what you are letting go of and what you are calling in as the light begins to grow again.

🍫 Ceremonial Cacao Offering
We will share heart-opening ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine traditionally used to support emotional connection, clarity, and presence. Cacao gently invites us to soften, open, and connect — to ourselves and to one another.

🔥 Community Sharing Circle by the Fire
Gathered around the crackling fire, we’ll sit in circle for gentle, optional sharing and deep listening. This is a space for grounded connection, witnessing, and community as we cross this seasonal threshold together.
