Woo hoo! My favorite event of the year is HERE!

It's time for our .....

SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION 🎉☀️💃

Expect a playful evening of connection, releasing, intention setting and of course - an epic dance party!!

We will spend some time honouring all that we have planted & shed this spring and then manifest what we're calling in for the summer months ahead.

I'll guide us through an intentional Cacao ceremony and soundbath, followed by a sharing circle and releasing movements and dance session

You don't want to miss out on this fun night!

And this event is being held two days before the actual solstice so you'll go into that day with your heart & mind ready to receive and step bravely into the summer energy 🔥

Okay..... we're shaking things up around here 🕺

Glow & Flow is a playful, heart-opening evening designed to help you shake off stagnant energy, reconnect to your body, and step into spring feeling lighter, freer, and more alive.

We’ll begin with a grounding cacao ceremony to awaken the heart and soften the nervous system before moving into an energizing guided dance journey with guided lymphatic release, embodied movement, ecstatic dance, and pure joyful expression!

Expect:
🌸 ceremonial cacao
🪩 glow bracelets + fun atmosphere
💃 guided movement + free dance
✨ nervous system release
🎶 high-vibe music
🕶️ playful accessories encouraged
🌙 connection, laughter & release

What to wear:

Wear something you’d wear on a night out — but comfortable enough to move, sweat, shake and fully let go.

Think fun, expressive, glowy, playful energy.

NEON or WHITE if you have it- because we will have blacklights!!
