Greif can be overwhelming.
Having grief support can be incredibly beneficial for navigating the complex emotional, physical, and social challenges that arise after a loss.
A support group can provide a safe space to process emotions, develop coping strategies, and find meaning in life after a loss.

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
Due to a busy upcoming season with other projects, I have made a decision to offer only one death preparation course this fall. There are 3 spots left in this last "Ready or Not~ Preparing for the Inevitable" course of 2025 which will take place VIRTUALLY on Mon. Nov. 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and Dec. 1st and 8th from 6:30-9pm. The Dec. 1st class is an optional 1.5 hour class on MAiD (Medical Assistance in Dying).

Once you have faced your mortality, you will never look at your life in the same way. The mistake most people make is assuming there will be time to think about their dying and death and to get all the necessary tasks (both practical and non-practical) completed before they are forced to.

The benefits of death preparation NOW is the luxury of time to really learn about your options, to have rich discussions with healthy mortals, to be guided by an instructor who comes with a wealth of knowledge, experience and good natured humour, to learn from guest experts and to come out on the other side with an invaluable gift to your loved ones and a new and deepened appreciation for this ONE BLESSED LIFE.

"Julie had me hooked from that first class. Yes, she is knowledgeable, intelligent, open, sincere and a good listener however, I very much appreciated the fact that Julie had actual experience with the concepts she shared with us. I am excited about finishing up the tasks to prepare for my death! I am no longer afraid to talk about death with my family and friends. In short, this course was a true gift!"
~ Spring 2025 Course Participant

COST: $450
****Please Note: Special consideration and sliding scale offered to seniors and anyone experiencing financial hardship as so many are right now. Financial restraint should never be a barrier in getting your death preparation completed. Just DM me and we can figure it out together. Payment plans are also an option. For repeat attendees, the fee is $250).

INCLUDES: 14 hours of instruction, unlimited email with instructor, farewell box, course workbook, rich discussion, expert guest speakers, delicious refreshments, extensive resources and an invaluable gift of death preparation completed for your family and friends!

Visit www.readyornoteol.com for more information and DM me if you or someone you love wishes to register.

Thank you in advance for spreading the word!!
