We're taking a moment to reflect because it's easy to lose sight of the forest you're growing for how busy you get watering the trees each day.
Allow us to humble brag for it is truly because of YOU & our amazing practitioners that we are doing these things.
Expansion into our gym & studio allowed us to launch new classes, some of which we made free to encourage unique mind & body wellness options. We were also grateful to continue our partnership with CNL with onsite, convenient clinical care weekly in their Wellness Centre.
Most exciting was the organic growth of our team, adding 7 new crew members who aligned with our values & model of care. Sadly, we said goodbye to our OG Audree, but we will always be her biggest fans.
This summer, thanks to your feedback in Community Votes, we were fortunate to win platinum in Holistic Wellness & Personal Training, & gold in Rehab Clinic & Massage Therapy.
Through it all, we've remained committed to connecting community to the right care, even if it's outside our building. We don't trap anyone in revolving door treatments or gatekeep help. We partner with trusted complementary practitioners & local businesses to design the best plan for your wellness journey.
We also love being involved in the community: to inspire high school students with careers in healthcare; work with college students on wellness strategies to reduce stress; & yearly we provide prizes & onsite services for the Jason Blaine Charity Golf Tournament in support of local charities. And as ATs we participate in field coverage for sporting events across the Valley. We love community!
And community loved us right back! Business outperformed expectations & we served thousands to address pain, nervous system recovery & injury rehabilitation.
But truly, our best achievements have been the quiet, unseen ones, the conversations with patients who tell us how the quality of their lives has improved through our treatment plans & compassionate care. And that friends is the biggest reward, the reason for what we do!
