If you're a parent trying to better understand your child, this webinar from the CAMH Foundation is a great place to start, offering helpful insight into ADHD and neurodiversity.

Seeing a lot about ADHD and neurodiversity on social media lately? You're not alone.

More people are talking about neurodivergence than ever before — but what does it actually mean, and how does it connect to mental health?

If you’ve always felt your brain works differently than everyone else, or you’re a parent trying to better understand your child, this webinar is for you.

Join us for a free 1 hour virtual webinar to learn more about neurodiversity and how it shows up across the lifespan.

Hear from a CAMH expert and learn:

- What neurodiversity is and what it isn’t
- The differences between autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence
- How neurodivergence shows up at different stages of life
- How neurodiversity intersects with mental health
- What strengths based, affirming care looks like and how it improves quality of life

You’ll also have the chance to ask questions during an anonymous live Q&A and receive the webinar recording afterward.
