ConnectWell Community Health - Renfrew County offers a wide range of services for children 0-5 without a family doctor or Nurse Practitioner including those without OHIP coverage. Services include mental health support for children and caregivers and so much more. Call their direct line at 613-570-8953 to book an appointment.

The ConnectWell-Renfrew County Child Wellness Hub is for children 0-5 without a family doctor or Nurse Practitioner including those without OHIP coverage. The goal is to ensure all children get the care they need for a healthy start in life.

At the Hub, families can get:
- Check-ups to track growth and development
- Vaccinations to protect against illness
- Screenings to check physical and mental development
- Mental health support for children and caregivers
- Health education
The Hub also connects families with other local programs to support their child’s development.

If a child is sick, the Hub’s rapid access clinic can help with:
- Ear infections
- Coughs and colds
- Vomiting
- Rashes

This program is a partnership between ConnectWell, the Renfrew County and District Health Unit, and the Renfrew County Youth Wellness Hub
