The long-term affect of having a hammer toe often results in developing really uncomfortable callouses.

Treatment:

On going maintenance of filling down the callouses.

Applying ointment to keep callouses soft.

And wearing offloading products to slow down the growth of the callouses!

Getting the opportunity to provide foot care at Renfrew Hospice today is a true privilege.

Knowing that I can contribute to the comfort and well-being of individuals facing challenging health circumstances is incredibly rewarding. It's a chance to offer a small measure of relief and dignity, addressing physical needs that can often be overlooked during difficult times.
The compassionate atmosphere at Renfrew Hospice is inspiring, and I'm grateful to be able to play a part in their mission of providing holistic care
