POV: you sit down at your desk for 3 minutes and suddenly you’re folded up like a pretzel 🥨💻

Crossing your legs or sitting tucked under yourself might feel comfy in the moment… but your body might disagree later 👀

When we sit like this for long periods, it can:
• Create uneven tension through the hips
• Shift pressure into the low back and pelvis
• Contribute to tightness, stiffness, and poor posture
• Leave your body feeling more “off” than you realize

Tiny habits add up over time.

Try this instead:
✔️ Both feet flat on the floor
✔️ Hips and knees at 90°
✔️ Sit back into your chair instead of leaning or twisting

Your spine, hips, and nervous system will thank you later 🙌
