Welcome Marsha Adams, RMT ✨️

Marsha became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2004. She is passionate about learning new modalities. Along the way she has become certified in Reiki, Hot stone, Yoga, Meditation , Astrology, Mayan abdominal massage, Thai massage and recently finished her training as an Ayurvedic practitioner. Her treatments are a customized blend of all the things she knows. On her off days you can find her snowboarding, paddle boarding, reading and hiking. Marsha is joining our practice space at while she attends Algonquin College.

It's been an inspiring few weeks around the clinic!

Jolan recently traveled to Paris to compete with Team Canada in the sitting volleyball Paralympic Games! Her and her team worked together and brought home a Bronze medal 🥉 Congratulations ladies! 🇨🇦

And..

Jordan set out on her first ever full marathon to try and run a sub 3:30:00 to qualify for the . Jordan knocked this time out of the park running 42.2 km in 2:54:05! Jordan will officially be running Marathon Monday in Boston April 2025!

Jolan and Jordan both are mama's and educators. Congratulations and keep inspiring those around you. I am honored to be a part of your journey 🎉
