Indeed, none of us can go wrong with some wellness tea when the temperatures are dropping! Grab your favorite tea and add a few drops of Thieves and Lemon along with a splash of honey! To help the essential oils disperse through your beverage, add them to the honey or other sweetener before stirring in. Stir in when it is cool enough to sip without burning your mouth. This will help preserve the therapeutic benefits of the oils you choose

Ok who loves fabric softener 🧸 but they know it's full of toxic junk that makes their skin freak out? And their nervous system & hormones loath?
Me... ✋ my body will not tolerate the stuff.
So glad I figured that out 13 years ago. But haven't found anything else to replace it. Till now.....🙌

DIY fabric softener
1 cup Copaiba Vanilla Conditioner
3 cups White Vinegar
5 cups Hot Water
Mix it up well.

Add a bit to your load & enjoy!

💥💥 Another of my own Essential Oils testimonial…..
I punctured my finger with an industrial sewing machine, finger forced up into needle straight through to other side and by instinct I ripped my finger out. The ONLY products I used on my finger was lavender and helichrysum YL essential oil and aloe cream.
