Everyone... meet Gary! 😍

Gary is a sweet but shy kitty who is currently thriving in his foster home. He's a little nervous at first, but once he feels safe, he loves pets, scratches, and will purr up a storm. Gary isn't very playful yet (it's just his nerves!) but with patience and a calm, quiet home, he's ready to show his big heart!

In his foster home, Gary has shown that he enjoys snuggling on laps, and with gentle encouragement he's starting to explore and feel more confident every day. He's not a fan of loud noises or chaos, so a peaceful and quiet environment is key to helping him flourish. While he may take a little time to warm up, those who take the time to earn his trust will be rewarded with a devoted, loving best friend.

NOTICE: HWY 17 FULL ROAD CLOSURE

R.W. Tomlinson will begin construction on Highway 17 as part of the MTO Contract 2025-4028. The work will begin Tuesday September 2, 2025, at 7 AM and is expected to continue until Friday September 5, 2025, at 7 AM. There will be a full road closure on Highway 17 from Round Lake Road to Doran Road. Below is a map of Detour D-1, with the detour route marked in green and the closed section of Highway 17 in red. Please note there will be no access to Highway 17 via Forest Lee Road.
