Group counselling offers so many meaningful benefits, and we love seeing the positive impact it has on those who participate 💙

🌱 You’re not alone – Hearing others share similar experiences can reduce feelings of isolation and help you realize you’re not facing your challenges by yourself.
🤝 Support and connection – Groups create a safe, supportive space where encouragement, understanding, and empathy flow both ways.
🗣️ Learn from others – Gain new perspectives, coping strategies, and tools by listening to how others manage similar struggles.
💪 Build confidence – Sharing in a group can strengthen communication skills, self-awareness, and confidence over time.
🌈 Grow together – Healing can be powerful when it happens in community, reminding us that connection itself is part of the journey.

If you’ve been thinking about counselling but aren’t sure where to start, group counselling might be the perfect first step. It's not too late to sign up for the next round of groups starting second week of January.

As we look ahead to 2026, we invite our community to rally behind Steve Woods as he once again prepares for his very special run in honor of his beautiful daughter, Taylor. 💜

Steve’s journey is one of love, remembrance, and hope. Every step he takes is in Taylor’s memory, and every dollar raised goes directly to the Robbie Dean Centre to help sustain the vital work being done for individuals who are struggling with their mental health.

Your kindness helps ensure that compassionate mental health supports remain available to those in our community who need them most.. Thank you💙

We are so truly blessed to be part of such a caring and generous community. 💙
A heartfelt thank you to John and the amazing team at Midas for helping keep me on the road so I can continue doing the work that matters for the Robbie Dean Centre. Your kindness and support may seem small to you, but it makes a big difference to us and to the people we serve. We are so grateful to have community partners like you.

🌟 Our Tree of Hope Campaign Needs You 🌟

This year, our Tree of Hope campaign has a goal of $5,000 — the cost of maintaining the communication systems that keep the Robbie Dean Centre connected to the people who rely on us.

These systems are essential. They allow us to stay in touch with clients, offer virtual services, and ensure that no one is left without support when they need it most.

As we head into our busiest season, we’re asking our community to help us continue being that lifeline. Please consider purchasing an Angel for our Tree of Hope. Every Angel brings us one step closer to ensuring our doors — and our phone lines — are always open.

💛 Together, we can make sure that support is always just a call or click away.
Thank you for being part of the hope.
