Completely foraged meal (except the lemon, butter, s&p). Lake char en papillote with dandelion bud capers; sauteed morels, false Solomon's seal shoots, dandelion greens, & plantains. Finished with dandelion petals. All caught and foraged on our property.

Our debate meal: angel hair pasta with garlic, shallots, carrots, olive oil, butter, fresh basil, loads of freshly caught Dungeness crab. Freshly baked baguette. Clarified unsalted butter with garlic on the side should you get a chunk of crab leg or claw meat on your plate.
