It was a bit chilly on Saturday but we bundled up in our fleece sweaters and (nama-)neoprene and floated out to Namaste Bay for our first class of 2025 anyways. There’s one more free class tomorrow (Tuesday) and the weather looks much warmer and sunnier.
Join me for paddleboard yoga on magic lake, meet at the new dock to pick up your anchor at 5pm for class.
