Before putting on your winter boots this Season assess for the following things:

1. Check for any holes,
or rips in the material
2. Check the bottoms to
see if the tread is still
In good shape… not
too broken down or
cracked
3. Take your hand and
feel inside the boots
to make sure there
are no rough or
sharp areas; assess
the insoles for
breakdown.

Old, broken down winter foot wear can cause foot problems and can exacerbate existing foot problems.
