January is Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month, and we’re proud to recognize Care Partners who go above and beyond to support an individual or family member affected by Alzheimer’s Disease.
Thank you for your compassion, dedication, and commitment to making a meaningful difference every day. The SCALE (Supporting Caregiver Awareness, Learning and Empowerment) Program Returns Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026! The SCALE Program can provide you with skills you need to find a balance between your caregiving responsibilities and personal needs. Maintaining mental health is a crucial step on the caregiver journey. Offered twice a year, the SCALE Program offers:
8-weekly psychoeducational webinars (LIVE or RECORDED) that acknowledge and unpack difficult caregiving emotions.
Workbooks that offer strategies, tools, and resources to help you cope with the emotional aspects of caregiving
Free online group or individual counselling for short term support
