It’s Mental Health Week! A reminder that mental health is a part of everyday life, and everyone deserves support, compassion, and understanding.
Let’s keep talking, checking in, and reminding one another: you don’t have to go through things alone.
What helps you feel grounded or supported when days feel heavy?

Mother’s Day can be joyful, tender, bittersweet, or difficult, sometimes all at once. Today we honour mothers and caregivers, and we also hold space for those who are grieving, estranged, longing, or healing. You are not alone.

If no one has told you today: you are stronger than you feel right now. 💛

Some days take more courage than others and simply getting through them is something worth recognizing. Be gentle with yourself, take things one step at a time, and remember you don’t have to carry everything alone.

Today is National Child and Youth Mental Health Day!
We’re taking a moment to recognize that mental health matters at every age, especially for children and youth. In Canada, mental health challenges affect millions of young people, and about 70% of mental illness begins before age 18, yet many don’t get the support they need.

What’s one thing we can do as a community to help young people feel seen, heard, and supported? 💛

Whether it’s listening without judgment, checking in with a friend, or sharing trusted resources, every act of care counts.

Today’s mental health check-in: if your energy had a battery percentage, where would you be?

Whether you’re at 100% or running on empty, your feelings are valid. Take a moment to notice what you need today - rest, support, movement, connection, or simply a little kindness toward yourself.

Drop your battery percentage in the comments or check in with someone you care about today. 💚🔋

Relapse is not failure. Recovery is not erased by a hard day, a setback, or a return to old patterns. 💚

Relapse can be part of the journey, not the end of it. Progress, strength, and healing still matter, even when the path feels messy.

Recovery is still possible, and so is compassion for yourself along the way.

On tough days, coping does not have to look big to be meaningful. 💚

Sometimes the most helpful thing is something small: a glass of water, one deep breath, a short walk, a text to someone safe, or simply focusing on the next 10 minutes.

Give yourself permission to keep it simple. Small steps still count, and getting through the day is enough.

If no one has told you today: you are allowed to rest. 💜

Rest is not laziness. Rest is care. Rest is recovery. In a world that often pushes us to keep going, choosing to pause can be one of the kindest things we do for ourselves.

You do not have to earn rest. You deserve it.
