During last week’s President’s Lunch at the 2025 PAC Symposium at the Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna, PAC President, Jodi Basha, C. Ped (C) had the honour of awarding this year’s winner of the The Award of Distinction to Andrew Godwin, C. Ped (C), and the 2025 PAC Symposium Co-Chair.

The Award of Distinction celebrates long-standing contributions to both PAC and the profession — and Andrew Godwin embodies exactly that. A technical leader and lifelong learner, Andrew bridges the gap between traditional manufacturing and modern methods for the next generation of Pedorthists. From mentoring students and leading CEP events to pushing boundaries with tech-forward practices, he’s helped evolve Pedorthics while keeping its roots intact. Andrew’s tireless commitment to the field, combined with his transparency, integrity, and collaborative nature, make him one of the most respected professionals in our industry today.
