Float Club Members make our world go round, and May is their month.

Member May is our annual celebration of the people who float with us. Every Calm Down Float Club member is invited to bring a friend for free this month, because the best way to share something you love is to just... share it.

We're also throwing a party. The Calm Down Disco lands on Sunday, May 24 from 2 to 6pm at the Penticton Seniors Centre. Yoga and sound bath to start, games and prizes in the middle, silent disco to finish. Members and their families get in free. The whole community is welcome for $15 per person or $25 per family.

Never floated before? May is a great time to start. 🪐

SAVE THE DATE!! Our Member Party this year is on Sunday May 24, 2026, and boy do we ever have a fun time lined up! We have some amazingly talented humans who float here and over the last year we've been asking these exceptional humans to bring their flare to the party. Get ready for:

🛻Monster Truck Rides - Buckle up. We've secured the biggest monster truck in the Okanagan, and yes, you're getting in it.

🌭Competitive Eating Contest - Feeding people is my love language, so naturally we're taking it to its logical conclusion. With the help of a local food truck, we'll find out once and for all which floater can eat the most, the fastest.

🪚Chainsaw Juggling - The talent inside this Float community never ceases to amaze me. Our newest member Marcus will be bringing his very particular skill set to the party, and I promise you won't want to blink.

💵Extreme Couponing Workshop - Jenny is going to show us how to , and honestly she might change your life. Come ready to take notes.

🎆Fireworks - Because what else would you close out a day like this with.

If you've read this far and haven't picked up that something is a little off - perhaps you need a float! Ha! The truth is, the Member Party is in fact on May 24, 2026. Please do save that date! The April Fools Day lies are all these insane activities that I will not be asking our predominately introverted and sensory sensitive float club members to participate in. 😆 The real agenda will be much quieter, softer, and relaxing.

You've said it. We've heard it. "Why did I wait so long to come back?"

We get it, life happens. But having that next float already on the calendar? That's the thing that actually keeps the practice going.

So we built something to help. Every time you float, write your name on a ballot before you leave, as long as your next session is already booked. Mid-month, one name gets drawn. Still have a future float scheduled? You win. Ballots get shredded, and next month we do it all again with a fresh $50 gift card to a local business.

This month it's Tony's Meats & Deli , a gem of a local shop with a serious selection of meats, frozen dishes, and more spices and sauces than you probably knew existed.

You asked for help building a consistent float practice. This is us helping. 🤷

oGo Float’s Story

oGo Float is a home-based float studio built to superior industry standards in Penticton, BC. Providing genuine and consistent float experiences from a duo of dedicated knowledgeable floaters!

Like so many others, we learned of float tanks from the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast. When we were finally able to experience a float, we fell in love hard and fast. We knew that floating was a practice and would improve the more we did it – and did it ever! We started chasing the float dragon! We would travel to Kelowna every weekend to float and quickly decided that we wanted to be the people to bring floating to Penticton. We became friends with the [then] owner of Float Space and enjoyed hours of salt talk.

August of 2015 we attended our first Float Conference. This was a game changer for us, and we came back mega inspired and motivated to open oGoFloat. In April 2016 an opportunity arose to purchase a Samadhi float tank and we dove in! We set up the float tank and began hosing floats for friends and family. After a long journey and nearly a year and a half under construction, oGoFloat opened on November 13, 2018.

We are dedicated to hosting quality floats with integrity and kindness. We provide a safe and welcoming environment for you to heal, explore, and live in a state of alignment. At oGoFloat you will be treated with respect, compassion, and sincerity.
