Originally from the Philippines, Josua moved to the Okanagan 4 years ago and now proudly calls it his second home 🇵🇭➡️🍁
Josh has an athletic background as a varsity table tennis player in both high school and college 🏓 and also has a creative side—he’s a passionate drummer who plays every Sunday at his church 🥁
He loves trying new things, and being part of the team here has been one of the most exciting parts of his year so far!

💬 What’s his favourite part of the job?
Shrinath loves connecting with team members and clients — asking about your day, hearing about your experience, and helping with any questions you have. For him, it’s all about communication, positivity, and making sure everyone feels supported.

To be the best version of himself every single day and to be someone who can truly help others.

His past experiences — they push him to keep growing and striving every single day.

Arlinda has truly excelled in every area of her role and continues to go above and beyond for both our team and our members. Because of her dedication and drive, she’s taken on additional responsibilities — and she handles them all with professionalism and positivity.

You’ll see her welcoming you at the front desk with a smile, and you might even receive a call from her checking in to make sure your experience at World Gym Penticton is the best it can be.

Her commitment to creating a supportive, friendly environment doesn’t go unnoticed, and we’re so grateful to have her as such an important part of our team. 💛

Not one to talk about herself, we did manage to get a little bit from her about how she keeps a smile on her face:
"I love connecting with people and making a positive impact on their day. Whether I’m working or spending my time off, I always strive to bring a positive attitude and a bit of motivation wherever I go. I believe in the saying, “Never give up, no matter what,” and it’s how I approach everything I do. Friends often describe me as hardworking, kind, and full of energy. First up — Jesse! 🙌
Everyone already knows and loves Jesse, but here’s a little more about his story and what drives him:

"Hey there, I'm Jesse, a true Penticton native who thrives in the great outdoors, especially when it comes to camping and hiking amidst our breathtaking landscapes. My path has taken me from exploring the depths of mining and venturing through Alberta's oil fields to finding my way back to the enchanting Okanagan Valley, where my passion for photography was reignited by the beauty of nature. As a newcomer to the world of gym fitness, I've comically realized that breaking a sweat has become an essential part of my daily adventure."
