Excited to launch my new in-home care service. I'd like to introduce myself, so you feel confident with who you are inviting in your home, and trusting to care for yourself, or your loved one.
I am Jenn Northey and I have over 14 years of nursing experience in both BC and Alberta. I have commonly assisted the elderly but have experience in long term care, acute care/surgical care, wound care, assisted living and hospice.
I truly believe that everyone should be able to lead their health care and have support where you are. My goal is to provide support so people can stay in their homes as long as possible, to assist our clients and their families to feel confident and empowered in their choices, provide education and support, and be there for your health care needs.
Personally, I am a mother to a 8-year-old daughter, a lover of all animals, and find peace and joy in the little things in life.
I grew up on the family farm in Cloverdale BC, completed my nursing education in Cranbrook BC, started my nursing career in Grand Forks BC, navigated to Kamloops BC, and then moved to Alberta to gain more experience and knowledge in my nursing career. My family and I moved to Penticton area about a year ago, and have enjoyed living in the beautiful Okanagan.
I am the knowledge and drive behind Full Spectrum Nursing, and am available to offer my knowledge, skills and expertise into your life. I am available for wound management, end of life care, medication administration, and any other health care you may need.
