Beth graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in July 2010. She then moved to Fort McMurray Alberta where she worked in Physical Therapy Clinics for the following 2 years. While working in these clinics she was mentored by different physical therapists, observing their assessment and exercise rehabilitation protocols. She joined the local triathlon club and gained many clients and work experience from working with these athletes, many of whom attend Worlds each year to compete. While working here she continued her education by taking a Deep Tissue massage course, and Hot and Cold Stone Therapy Level one course. With a passion for learning Beth travelled to Thailand to study Thai Massage direct from the source. She attended the Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai completing the I5, Intensive 150hrs course. She then continued to travel through south east Asia, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia for 5 more months, hopped over to Peru and finally to New Zealand. She found work with The Mobile Massage Company in Queenstown for 6 months through their busy season. On top of being the primary Massage Therapist for the company, she also took over the public relations and advertising. She maintained relations with lodges, hotels and private booking companies, as well as provided massage at markets, and special events such as Ted Talks seminars. While in New Zealand she got her level 1 Reiki and took time to practice yoga. After leaving New Zealand she travelled back to Thailand to complete her teacher training for Thai Massage Level 1, Thai Table Massage, and Thai Foot Massage (Reflexology). She finally returned to Canada for Christmas and is looking forward to sharing her passion for massage and Thai Massage with others in Penticton British Columbia.
