The 14 Days of Wellness started on Friday and you are still welcome to join us! RMTs only, we are doing 14 Days of rmtPRO Yoga and Hydrotherapy challenges. Live streaming our 30 minute morning practices at 7:30 am Sask time (the link to join us is in the group) as well as posting the recorded video links if you are not able to make it in the morning.
