I would like to invite you to participate in a 7-day challenge. This challenge is simple, only listen to meditation music for 7-days. No other music. I am currently reading the book "Mind to Matter", and it is very interesting. One of the subjects covered in this book is the influence that sound has on matter and healing. One of the practices assigned to readers of this book is this challenge I speak to you of today. There is a lot of research that has been conducted over many years...and I am trying this to draw my own conclusions. I am going to journal every day (that's the goal), and just make note of how I feel. The other thing I am going to do is play meditation music at a sound frequency of 528Hz, as this has been said to be the healing frequency. Again, keep a journal and take note of how you are feeling physically, emotionally, spiritually, etc. I look forward to any feedback and experiences you have during this week if you so choose to join me on this challenge to bring healing and peace to your life.

What are you grateful for today?. Write down 5 things you are grateful for. Let it resonate with you and feel the gratitude vibrate through your body. That vibration (or chill) is such a refreshing feeling. It gives us the nudge to let us know wonderful things are in store for us so that we continue to keep the positivity and faith in our hearts and minds. Happy Friday Everyone. I just wanted to let you know that starting this coming Wednesday I will be offering another 4 week meditation session. Wednesdays from 12:15-12:45 p.m. If you would like to register, please let me know. You can etranfer to justine_8@hotmail.com. Hope to see you there.
