Each class is a creative combination of storytelling paired with yoga poses.

We focus some time each class on teaching breath work and simple, creative meditations.

Change.

As a new season begins, I've been reflecting on the universal law of change and how that feels. People and the natural world are in a dance of constant transformations. 

So, as we enter into winter, I look back at summer with a smile. Especially, my magical time in Japan, which brought some welcome spiritual teachings and transformations.
