Whew. Is anyone else feeling like this month has been an energetic... rollercoaster?

If you've been feeling drained, overwhelmed, or just plain off, you are not alone. It's been a rocky one!

This is just a gentle reminder—for me and for you—to just hang in there.

And while we're "hanging," maybe we can try:

Dropping the judgment. You are not "behind." You are not "failing." You are navigating intense energy. Now is the time for compassion, not criticism. Be kind to yourself.

Embracing radical self-care. This isn't just a bubble bath (though those are great!). This is the deep stuff: setting firm boundaries, saying "no" without guilt, sleeping when you're tired, and nourishing your body.

Staying open. Sometimes, chaos is just clearing the path for something new. Let's try to stay open to new ideas, new perspectives, and new experiences that might be just around the corner.

Be extra gentle with yourself. We're moving through it.

You're warmly invited to a Reiki Share with Cindy and Regan on Tuesday, November 18th from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or simply curious about Reiki, this is a welcoming space to connect, learn, and experience healing energy in a supportive group setting.

The session will begin with a short grounding meditation, followed by group Reiki treatments. In a group treatment, one person receives Reiki from multiple practitioners at the same time, then the group rotates so everyone has a chance to both give and receive.

No previous Reiki experience is required—just an open heart and a willingness to explore. The session typically lasts about two hours.

There is no fee to attend, but a freewill offering is appreciated. All donations will go to the Children’s Make-A-Wish Foundation.
