Our new Day Hospice Program in Smiths Falls offers a warm, welcoming space for individuals living with a life threatening or life-limiting illness to enjoy a day away from their usual medical routines. We are excited to be launching our Day Hospice Program; a weekly program supporting individuals with a life-threatening or life-limiting illness outside of the home. Clients experience a day away from their usual medical routines, and caregivers benefit by enjoying time for rest and self-care.
