Mental health awareness week is May 4 - 10. Let's try to get in "more good days together". Emphasize community connection, and break the silence to support mental wellness. Encourage people to define what a "good day" looks like for them and build support systems to make them possible. Shift the focus from individual responsibility to community based support and support others by encouraging people to check in on family, friends, and colleges to come together and lessen the burden of the "bad days".
