Each 75 minute session focuses on a specific area of the body, combining gentle movement with longer Yin-style holds to help you create space, release tightness, and truly melt into stillness.โ โ
*Week 1 (Jan. 18) Hips: creating space and easing those deep kinks from sitting at a desk or long days on your feet.โ

*Week 2 (Jan. 25) Spine & Neck: gentle twists, lengthening through the spine, and releasing tension in the neck.

*Week 3 (Feb. 1) Shoulders & Chest: Restoring lost mobility, opening the chest and shoulders.โ โ
Each class will finish with a very gentle, deeply relaxing practice, including long holds and optional supportive touch. โ โ
