The 3X Challenge starts today!

Today we begin a month of showing up for ourselves and for each other here at Beyond the Mat.

The idea behind the challenge is simple: join us for 3 classes per week throughout April. Whether it’s yoga, barre, pilates or yogalaties, it’s about creating a rhythm of movement that helps you feel strong, balanced, and recharged.

Many of you have already shared the path you’re leaning toward:

Strength & Sculpt
Core & Stability
Restore & Reset

We’re also adding a little extra fun to the challenge — everyone who completes it will be entered into a draw for one of three prizes at the end of the month.

But more than anything, this challenge is about consistency, community, and carving out time for yourself.

If you’re joining us this month, drop a “Day 1 ✔️” below or tell us which class you’re starting with. We’d love to cheer you on.

Why We Created the 3X Challenge

At Beyond the Mat, we see it all the time: life gets busy, routines get disrupted, and movement can easily take a back seat.

The 3X Challenge was created to help our community show up for themselves, stay consistent, and make time for their health and wellness — without pressure or judgment.

It’s not about being perfect or pushing harder than your body needs. It’s about:�✨ Finding your path — Strength & Sculpt, Core & Stability, or Restore & Reset�✨ Creating a sustainable routine�✨ Moving together as a community

We’ve seen firsthand how just a few classes each week can transform energy, strength, balance, and confidence. That’s why we’re inviting everyone — from longtime members to first-timers — to join us this April.

Your journey matters. Your consistency matters. And your body will thank you for it.
