Aria and I attended this event last September and by far it was one of the most grounded, supportive, inspiring and elevating live events I have been to.

When someone you love has a close call in leaving this world….it’s such a mixed bag of emotions.

Shock. Thoughts of what can I do? Fear. How can I help?

There’s a feeling of all the things left unsaid….undone….incomplete….BIG emotions swirl.

And mixed in with ALL this….there’s still the day-to-day life that must continue.

You pause, breathe, cry, pray, meditate and journal write.

And if you have some tools for healing and transformation you dive into that tool box and apply them all. (This is why we give our clients a full spectrum of healing modalities….you never know when you’re going to need them.)

If you allow the inner alchemy to take place….you find your centre.

Moments like this wake us UP.

Wakes us up to life. The preciousness of this one life that we are living now. To enjoy each sacred moment and play full out.

A reflection and deep appreciation for the life lived thus far and all the incredible experiences we have had.

In watching (and supporting) my parents move through sooooo much this year in terms of their physical, mental and emotional health….The power of having and knowing REALLY GREAT healing practices has been monumental!

Each time something happened….I dropped within, connected to Source-Creator and applied the healing modality that came into my awareness.

Immediate shifts.

You see there is A LOT WE CAN DO when something crazy goes down. This is why Gabriel and I have always dedicated a HUGE part of our soul work with clients in giving them tools for healing and transformation.

They literally could save the life of another….and you.

Using your voice for the greater good is an incredible gift!….And responsibility….That I respect deeply. The power of words and story-telling to transform another for better or worse is at the tip of our tongue!

(PART 1 of 2)

I’ve been sooooo mindful over the past 25+ years as to the words I choose and use….And the energy I show up with when leading or teaching.

(We are getting ready to lead a powerful intensive called The Liberated Voice™️….more on that in a moment)

The realm of public speaking has been a part of my life since I was 12.

I was nominated and chosen to represent the regional Public Speaking Competition.

As much as I loved sharing….I was ALWAYS soooooo nervous to get up in front of the class or group and present.

This particular speaker competition changed, activated and elevated something within me that positively impacted and prepared me for soooooo much of what came next in my life…..

As I stood at the speaker’s box and mic and looked out a few thousand people staring at me….I took a deep breath, trusted that I was ready and prepared and began….

Still to this day the same physical responses arise in my body….
…sweaty palms
…dry mouth
…swirls in the belly
…nervousness rushing through
…the feeling to go to the washroom 100 times
…heart racing

I showed up. Shared to the best of my ability….and did my best to be present to what I was saying and the positive impact being imprinted on those in the room.

Although I didn’t win first place….a dear friend of mine did….I was sooooo happy for him!!! And I learned sooooo much about what it takes to be an EXCELLENT, TRANSFORMATIVE speaker, teacher and leader!

To date I have spoken on thousands of stages and rooms around the world!

From hundreds of very well known officials in Northern Ireland to thousands of yogi’s in Young-Dundas Square downtown Toronto to over 20 million at an ashram in India! To having led thousands of online workshops to tens of thousands of soul aligned people!

You literally hold the power to transform another person’s life through the power of words and energy expression!

Part 1:
Did you feel the energetic stir in the earth and within the consciousness of humanity during the night and into the morning hours?

Holy moly! Something BIG is happening - it kept me up last night and woke me up early this am.

What is happening?

From what I saw and experienced here’s my “cole’s notes”:
🔷 I saw the blue-white light that connects each human to Source. It was radiant and strong…..and it looked as though we were being activated.

🏡 Then I felt the whole house shiver….like a mini earthquake. We even had some things “randomly” fall off the walls around 11:30 pm or 12 am.

🕸️ This morning I “saw” the Light Workers of the world lifting UP the fabric of consciousness….each person holding up a piece of the fabric and raising UP reality! It was wild and awesome!

💜 And then I had some ancestors and guides come in to chat with me about MANY interesting things to come…..

What does this mean for humanity?

Well…it’s seems we have reached a pivotal moment for the expression and consciousness of humanity.

There is a new experience and reality emerging….I would even say….IT IS HERE…NOW.

And this reality gets to BE whatever you make of it. Whatever you focus on. Whatever you see, feel and breathe life into.

This is why it’s soooooo important to master the art of manifestation! If there ever was a time to refine what you’re creating and where you’re creating from….IT’S NOW!
