It’s been quieter on here this year. However, it’s been a very full one behind the scenes.

2025 has been spent supporting clients through meaningful change. Helping them feel stronger, clearer, and more grounded as life evolves.

Health & wellness coaching isn’t just about food or fitness. It’s about the whole picture. Physical, mental, emotional, and personal well-being and it’s for anyone who wants to move into their next chapter with intention.

As I look ahead to 2026, I’ll be opening space for a small number of new clients, and I’m especially excited to introduce a new offering focused on retirement transitions! This will include supporting those approaching retirement, easing into it, or newly retired.

I’ll also be offering consultations for those still working who want to make better use of their employee benefits and create a clear, personalized health plan for the year ahead.

As we near the end of the year, let’s take a moment to reflect and look ahead. The new year is a fresh start for all of us! Think about what you’ve achieved this year. Every small step counts, whether it's healthier eating, more exercise, or self-kindness. Celebrate your progress!

What do you want to achieve in the new year? I encourage you to set clear, realistic goals that inspire you. Write them down and visualize your success! Health is a lifelong journey, so embrace every challenge as a chance to grow. Surround yourself with supportive people who encourage you.

Make self-care a priority. Whether it’s exercising, meditating, or more time in nature, take time for yourself. It’s essential for staying grounded and motivated.
