The Canadian Cardiovascular Society's message this World Heart Month is Celebrating Canadian Cardiovascular Research, and we couldn't agree more!

While we have many trials that are available to help people with cardiovascular diseases, we always encourage everyone to work on improving their diet and lifestyle, as well as learning more about their disease. There are many free resources available online to learn about preventative changes you can make in your daily life, as well as learn about different diseases that may affect you or someone you know.
