Good Morning! 🌞

This is how I start most mornings … just my best guy, Leo 🐶, and me out for a walk. My favourite hoodie, no makeup, and honestly, I don’t even think I brushed my hair this morning 🤷‍♀️

When I stopped to take this photo, I was standing on a little bridge … on one side, the sun was peeking through, and on the other, the fog was lifting over the marsh. It felt like such a reflection of the past few weeks.

A few weeks ago, I began sharing about my new course Empowered Energy. I was so excited to bring it to life, it’s something I hold so close to my heart. But then, I was guided to pause.

In the process of trying to meet my own deadlines, manage my business, and support my family as we navigated an injury, I slipped out of my own “empowered energy.” So I took a step back to realign.

And when I did, I began refining parts of the course to go even deeper, not just about becoming empowered in your energy, but truly embodying it.

Empowered Energy isn’t about being perfect. It’s about becoming aware of your energy, noticing when it shifts, and learning what helps you return home to yourself in a real, grounded, practical way.

I’ll be sharing more about this journey soon, but for now, I’m simply taking a moment to appreciate the light breaking through, a reminder that clarity always follows the fog.
