Here's a quick and easy recipe for the whole family using just a few ingredients.
This also makes a great gift.

Valentine's Day Fudge

INGREDIENTS
12 ounces good-quality white chocolate, melted according to package instructions
4 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons Watkins clear vanilla extract
Watkins red food coloring
1/3-1/2 cup Watkins sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS
Begin by lining the bottom and sides of a 9×9″ baking pan with foil, leaving some overhang on the sides. Butter bottom and sides. Set aside.
Next, In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sifted sugar, and vanilla with your mixer until smooth.
Melt chocolate according to package instructions, stir until smooth. Cool slightly.
Fold melted white chocolate into cream cheese mixture. Mix in food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
Spread fudge into a lined baking pan. Top with sprinkles, gently pressing into the fudge.
Chill for at least an hour before removing from pan and cutting into approximately 1" squares.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
