I've said it before and I'll say it again...smoothies are way better when made with juice from the juicer instead of water or nut milk, etc. 👍❤
Todays juice - carrot, cucumber, ginger, apple, lime, mango and lettuce. 🍈🥕🥒🥭🍎🥬
Added to the juice - a banana, spinach, protein powder, flax seeds, frozen blueberries and frozen strawberries. It is absolutely delicious! 😍
Holidays are here and I indulged in some treats last night, but I will not put aside my health and good habits for the next two weeks. Will I indulge in food and drink, yes, but I will also make a lot of healthy food, I will work out and I will take care of my health both physical and mental.
