We also offer counselling from our office in peterborough Ontario, and specialize in s*xually compulsive behaviours, trauma and abuse survivors, marriage counselling and helping with mood disorders like depression or anxiety. You will experience a safe, non-judgemental and accepting environment from a therapist who understands s*xual addiction, mood disorders, marital conflict and PTSD, and how to treat it. Many people have achieved great results using tried and proven methods for behavioural and heart change. We use an eclectic approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Talk Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt, Inner Healing, EMDR *, and other methods to treat a wide range of conditions including:
