🎉🎉🎉BIG NEWS🎉🎉🎉

We are FINALLY Certified First Aid Instructors for Heart and Stroke!! This has been a long timing coming. We are so proud of this and can’t wait to welcome you to classes starting as early as NEXT WEEK!

What is First Aid?
•Standard First Aid Level C - teaches skills to manage ill and injured individuals, as well as CPR/AED/choking for adults, children and infants. Certificate is valid for 3 years through Heart and Stroke.
•Standard First Aid BLS - covers above topics with more detail targeting healthcare providers. Certificate is valid for 3 years through Heart & Stroke.

Did you know— workplaces covered under WSIB must have certified first aiders on site.

Fun Fact — Starting January 1, 2026, Ontario construction projects with 20 or more workers that run for three months or longer must have an AED (automated external defibrillator) on site.

To help with costs, WSIB will reimburse eligible construction businesses up to $2,500 for one AED per qualifying project. The program runs from January 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, and covers AEDs purchased between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2027.
