Are you a passionate nursing leader ready to make a real difference in the lives of seniors? The Gardens of Peterborough are seeking an Assistant Director of Care to join our senior management team at Princess Gardens Retirement Residence.

As ADOC, you’ll:
- Lead and support the Care Department alongside the Director of Care
- Coordinate and oversee health-related services for residents
- Provide hands-on clinical care and promote quality and infection prevention
- Coach, train, and inspire your team
- Be a key part of delivering exceptional care and service

Qualifications:
- Registered RN or RPN in Ontario
- 2-3 years experience (long-term care or retirement setting preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and judgment skills
- Ability to respond to on-call/emergency needs
