Our client can safely access their home again, thanks to Graham Plant and the Home Access Team from our Kelowna branch. We provided a lift from RAM Elevators & Lifts, along with a National Ramp platform and stairs, and even installed the pavers to complete the setup—smooth install, seamless access. 🙌♿️🏡

A smooth install in Moncton this week! Alan and Andre completed a porch lift and a stair lift, and when the clients requested additional grab bars, Andre returned the same afternoon to install seven of them!. The clients are happy and feeling safer at home. 🙌🏡♿️

Jim Frid from our Calgary branch supported a palliative client with a National Ramp modular ramp, a Bruno Independent Living Aids stairlift, and a Harmony hi/lo bed with a Domus mattress - giving him safe access to his home and bedroom. 🏡♿️💙

Proud to partner with A***n Home Care to support caregiver across Metro Vancouver! 🙌 We met the owners at a community event and decided to collaborate on educating their caregivers about NSM’s services.

Together, we hosted “Caring with Confidence: Mobility and Safety Basics,” a hands-on education day with instruction, demos, discussion, and practice. The goal: help caregivers feel confident and safe using home care equipment—and understand how it benefits clients in daily life.

Thanks to A***n Home Care for collaborating on this meaningful initiative. Caregivers now know where to turn for expertise on home medical equipment: NSM Canada.

What a day at ! 🎉 We hosted the Salius Rehab team for a full-day celebration of their Rehabilitation Assistants. These RAs play a vital role delivering personalized exercise programs designed and overseen by PTs and OTs - supporting residents’ comfort, confidence, and mobility with care and professionalism. 💙

The day brought everyone together with games, awards, and hands-on education: proper wheelchair setup, identifying wheelchair parts and tools, lifts and slings, and mattress options. The Salius team was engaged, energetic, and eager to learn!

Huge thanks to Salius Rehab for inviting NSM to host and participate. 🙌
